• Are you associated with a St. Matthew program, service and/or ministry – or a client of the IOSC?
The Immigration Outreach Service Center and BUILD have partnered with the Archdiocese of Baltimore to create Parish IDs. Parish IDs are recognized by the Baltimore City Police Department and Baltimore City offices.
