Bhim joins the IOSC team from the Professional Development & Research Center International, PDRC, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. He directed a team of employees, board members, volunteers, donors, and stakeholders, coordinating both internal and external affairs that grew the organization from the ground into a global organization.
He also comes from Childbirth Survival International, CSI, where he volunteered as the Chief Executive Officer. He had a significant role in CSI achieving its strategic goal by effectively engaging top-level managerial staff, the board, partner organizations, and donors, which enabled the successful implementation of a major strategy to advance CSI’s mission and vision.
Bhim is involved with the Baltimore Association of Nepalese in America, (BANA), as Head of the Department of Organizational Development. He leads a team with over 20 network members across Maryland to foster strong relationships with the government agencies, corporations, foundations, and the business community. He volunteered with UNICEF-USA as a Maryland State Leader, where he liaised with Congressional offices and coordinated stakeholder meetings to disseminate key information and raise significant funds.
Some other roles in which he served include Advisor – Mayor of the Baltimore City from the AAPI community, Baltimore, Maryland, USA, Advisor – Maryland Non-profits Accelerator program, Maryland, USA, State Leader – UNICEF-USA Maryland 2022.
Bhim holds a Master of Health Degree from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. He also holds a Certificate in Advanced Software Engineering & New Technology from Boston’s School of IT, Kathmandu, Nepal.
